  • General public in the jurisdiction of MCD
  • Commercial units running eating and lodging houses can apply for HTL license from MHA portal.
  • Application can be accessed online from the MCD portal under online services tab using applicant’s login credentials. All other allied services are also completely online.

  • In case of institutional event, the processing for issuance of certificate is done by health unit where the child is born.

Mandatory Documents:

  • Copy of relevant license or registration certificate issued by the Dept. of Telecommunication, Govt. of India

Fees:

Administrative charges = Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) per COW. (NON-REFUNDABLE) A monthly rental charge for land allotted is Rs.339/- (Rs. Three Hundred Thirty Nine only) per sq. ft./ per month.
