OVERVIEW
Important Instructions
The Booking party:-
- Will obtain temporary connection for extra light points for tent etc. from electricity authorities.
- Will not misuse electricity or indulge in any kind of theft of electricity during the booking period. It is understood that I shall be liable for legal action. In case any theft of electricity found during booking period and MCD will be kept harmless.
- Will not use the trees for any kind lighting or any other purpose.
- After the function/exhibition is over on particular day, all solid waste, shall be collected, are thoroughly swept/clean and water disposed of to the nearest Municipal dustbin/Dhalao and the park will be cleared all sorts of solid waste etc.
- The portable water will be provided by us at the time of function.
- The necessary health measures will be adopted by us during the time of function.
- All fire safety measures will be adopted by us during the time of function.
- Shall be responsible in case of any eventuality and Municipal Corporation of Delhi will be kept harmless.
- Shall carry the permission granted to them in original to be shown to the in charge of Horticulture Department (Chaudhary/Chowkidar/Mali).
- Will arrange sufficient number of fire fighting equipments at the place of function.
- Shall comply with all lawful directions given to them by the Commissioner of Police Delhi or any other police officer on duty.
- Shall not act in a manner which would result in damage to public property, assault on Govt. Servant etc.
- In the event of non-compliance of any of the above conditions/ restrictions, the function/ exhibition shall be declared as unlawful and prosecution would be launched against the violators by the police. Regarding use of loudspeakers, action would be taken as pre provisions of noise pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 framed under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 by the police.
- In case of any dispute only Delhi Court will have jurisdiction.
- In case of exigencies, the MCD may reduce/ cancel the booking of park.
- In case of any miss happing in function, the applicant will be full responsible.
- The refund request for the security amount must be submitted within 30 days of the program completion date; no refund will be processed after 30 days. Security deposit will be forfeited after 30 days.
General Guidelines
- “Undertaking Document”
- The booking of Parks shall be strictly made available first-cum-first serve basis.
- The booking can be done up to one year in advance.
- If the booking is made within 90 days prior to the date of function, normal booking rates will be charged.
- If booking is made much in advance i.e. 90 days to one year from the date of function, then the booking charges will be:
- Parks can be booked for Social functions only for 10 days/ month.
- Booking a Park for 01 day, special permission is required from Deputy Director Horticulture (DDH) of the zone.
- Booking a Park for More than 01 days, special permission is required from Deputy Director Horticulture (DDH) of the zone and counter sign from Dy. Commissioner Zone.
- The citizen must vacate the park by 9:00 AM next day. Otherwise penalty will be imposed (equivalent to second day) and will be deducted from security deposits.
- All refund shall be made by Online.
- At the end of the event, a message will be generated to the ADH of the Zone to prepare the refund procedure. Additionally, a message will be generated to the citizen to collect the refund within the specified timeline (refund to be processed within 7 working days from the end of the event).
