Health Trade License issues by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD)- MCD will issue Health Trade License to the trade under policy decided by the Public Health Department.
MCD- Health Trade License Delhi is the license related to the trading, manufacturing, storage, restaurant and food supply activities which is mandatory for the businesses to take as per Section 2 (59) of Delhi Municipal Corporation Act (DMC), 1957.
Necessity of Municipal Licenses- As per the section 417 of DMC ACT 1957(amended time to time) provides that any person whosoever desires to do trade under public health policy, is required to obtain license under Health Trade.
